TERRANOVA FIELD
Located in Olmos, 72km from the city of Chiclayo, the Field has more than 1000 hectares of which 494 are currently in operation.
The Field has the highest technology which allows us to be the only and biggest producers of dry Capsicum nationwide. The traceability of our operations allow us to supply the best products on the market.
TECHNOLOGY
IRRIGATION
We have nine licensed 240-meter-deep wells with a total 420 liters per second capacity that ensure water availability all year around
The water from our underground wells is stored in reservoirs to homogenize the quality of the water,
DREAM II
The irrigations system of the operation is completely automated through a software called DREAM II, which allows completely customizable automatized irrigation that makes sure each plant gets exactly the water and fertilizer it needs.
DRYING
In this process we evaluate the climatic conditions for homogeneous drying.
We monitor and turn the fruit to provide an ideal dried fruit.
We work with the clients' demands to get as close as possible to their exact specs in terms of pungency, humidity, color, size and shape.
BIRD CONTROL
We care for the flora and fauna which is why we work with falconry in order to keep birds and other wild animals away.

We have various desinfection areas all throughout the Field to avoid pests and infections.
SATELLITE MONITORING AND USE OF DRONES
For agricultural monitoring we use a SaaS platform that takes satellite multi-spectral photographs and additionally processes weekly hectare by hectare collection of our multi-spectral drone (Phantom 4 Multi-spectral) images taken by our team.
All of this allows us to reinforce our traceability and provide each crop with exactly what it needs.

Since 2021, we work with an exclusive processing plant in Barranca, 190km from Lima that allows us to guarantee traceability of our operations.
The entire packaging process is carried out with the highest standards of safety, traceability and quality.
In this stage, the final product is classified, codified, processed and finally dispatched.
